Mikes Mustard Sauce for Pork


The above ingredients made enough for the two of us so just multiply up for more people, you don't need to drown your food in sauces anyway, a covering is all that's needed.



Place the sugar (or Splenda) in a saucepan, add the vinegar, prepared mustard, olive oil (if used) and cornflour. Stir all together and then add the water.

Put the pan on the heat and bring to the boil slowly, stirring to ensure that the sauce does not go lumpy. The sauce should have a "coating" consistency when done and be smooth and shiny so adjustments to the water content might be needed..

Pour over grilled pork chops and enjoy
